It is the mission of Jay Real Estate to serve the people we represent. We will strive to always
be fair and honest. Many of you know that I have recently retired from the Indiana State Police
after 27 years of service. Jay Real Estate will reflect my principals of service, integrity and
professionalism in every step of the real estate process.

Our Location

I have just opened my new office at 303 West Water Street in Portland. My office has
recently been finished and is completely new. My real estate office is located at my storage
facility of Portland-U- Loc Storage. I will also be able to assist with storage units of all sizes to
help my customers.

In addition to sales persons Debra Grider and Michael Eads, I wish to welcome Jim
Randall to the sales staff of Jay Real Estate. Jim brings a wealth of experience to
our staff. Jim, an Associate Broker, has worked in banking, insurance, real estate
and business for the past 30 years. I encourage you to contact Deb, Mike or Jim for
